AI and Business Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and sustain AI-driven workflows and automation systems.

• Assist in the implementation of Deltek VantagePoint CRM.

• Facilitate the integration of Deltek VantagePoint with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Generate AI-enhanced marketing and proposal materials.

• Conduct regular AI training sessions for the team.

• Provide support to staff in utilizing AI technologies.

• Report directly to the Operations Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience with AI tools, automation, or digital operations.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Claude.

• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or n8n.

• Basic understanding of application programming interfaces and webhooks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A portfolio link along with a summary of the AI tools utilized.

• WordPress experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint or comparable CRM, project management, and accounting systems is a plus.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and OneDrive, is a plus.

• Knowledge of Canva or Adobe is a plus.

• Basic Python or scripting skills are a plus.
