AI Agent Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, design, develop, and oversee software applications from start to finish.

• Create and launch production-level autonomous AI agents.

• Design and execute RAG architectures supported by vector databases.

• Develop and enhance multi-agent workflows and agent-based systems.

• Integrate large language models through APIs, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Azure AI.

• Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) to ensure secure and governed data access.

• Manage AI governance, oversee model lifecycle management, and continually assess deployed agents.

• Implement AI safety measures, including guardrails, content filtering, and risk reduction strategies.

• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and business/systems analysts.

• Optimize performance, inference costs, and token utilization of LLMs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science.

• Proven track record of deploying autonomous AI agents into production rather than just creating demos.

• Strong foundation in context engineering.

• Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGPT.

• Experience in building RAG systems utilizing vector databases.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Azure AI libraries.

• Experienced in integrating LLMs into applications via API.

• Knowledge of AI governance, model lifecycle management, and evaluation methodologies.

• Direct experience in implementing or enhancing Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Familiarity with AI safety measures and guardrails.

• Understanding of data privacy regulations, including handling PII/PHI.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection, ideally 25 MBPS or higher, with a backup solution for power or service interruptions.

• Personal computer or laptop with a minimum of 8GB RAM, Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher, compatible operating system, updated browsers and security software, and adequate storage space.

• Headset or earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam capable of 720p resolution or better.

• A designated quiet and organized workspace, free from distractions.
