This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of all four phases of adoption for a portfolio of enterprise accounts from start to finish.
• Keep a customer-specific 30/60/90 roadmap, which will be updated weekly.
• Facilitate all types of customer-facing meetings throughout the process.
• Provide a monthly asynchronous leadership update to the executive sponsors of each account.
• Manage customer-specific integrations, custom prompt engineering, and edge-case debugging for each assigned account.
• Collaborate with customers to instrument and ensure accuracy tracking.
• Identify and document failure modes through one-on-one sessions with power users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues that arise during the adoption phase.
• Transform customer feedback into organized input for the product roadmap.
• Over 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing position, including roles such as solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical account management, or customer success engineering at an enterprise software or infrastructure company.
• Possess genuine technical expertise.
• Proven ability to engage in conversations at both executive and engineering levels.
• Experience in promoting the adoption of a technical product.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a strong instinct for building.
