Agile Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Guide teams and leadership in the agile implementation process, encompassing structure, roles, principles, and practices to enhance flow, predictability, and results.

• Strategically plan, organize, communicate, and deliver training programs and workshops for Agile Enablement and Digital Transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with leaders to outline training plans for individuals and teams engaged in Agile adoption and/or Digital Transformation.

• Contribute to the design and creation of both internal and outsourced training programs.

• Review, assess, modify, and/or develop training materials and educational resources.

• Collect feedback, evaluate instructional effectiveness, and analyze performance metrics to gauge training impact on skills and KPIs.

• Revise training materials and presentations to promote ongoing improvement.

• Conduct assessments of training needs and provide insights on current and future training requirements.

• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including space management, participant arrangements, supplies, and instructors.

• Keep curriculum databases, training records, in-house training facilities, and equipment up to date.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and consult with experts on instructional design.

• Employ educational principles while remaining updated on training methods and techniques.

• Investigate and suggest new training approaches, including gamification.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related area is required.

• Certification in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent is preferred.
