This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Supply data, forecasts, and progress updates for planning purposes.
• Conduct workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment on needs.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders.
• Keep accurate records of delivery status and uphold technical quality standards.
• Assist the Delivery Manager in achieving agreed project outcomes within budget.
• Proven experience in delivering bespoke software as part of an agile team for external clients.
• Client-facing consulting experience is essential.
• Eligibility for SC clearance is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably within UK healthcare organizations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering bespoke software projects from inception using agile methodologies for external clients.
• Significant experience in customer-facing projects, including synchronizations, reporting, presentations, board meetings, workshops, and scaling opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• High adaptability, including a willingness to work away from the home base.
• Familiarity with technology, digital services, and current trends.
• Experience in user research, design, and data analytics.
• Commercial awareness in client-supplier and multi-supplier settings, with an understanding of project-level financials.
• Knowledge of planning and reporting methods typical in project delivery.
• Scrum Master or a similar Agile delivery certification is preferred.
