Agile Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee web projects for top-tier clients as part of the Delivery Team.

• Implement Project Management best practices along with the Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Assist teams and clients in adhering to the project workflow.

• Collaborate with Client Stakeholders and Product Owners to comprehend and convey the project vision.

• Maintain the visibility of the project vision for the team.

• Facilitate communication with developers, testers, clients, and stakeholders across the organization.

• Promote team self-organization, accountability, and commitment.

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and client concerns.

• Deliver outstanding results and a remarkable project experience.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, agile coaches, and current Project Management and Scrum practices.

• Lead an ITX Delivery Team that is distributed across the Americas.

• Encourage continuous innovation throughout delivery cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise.

• Strong accountability, communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and technical skills.

• Capability to cultivate and maintain enthusiasm for the client’s vision.

• Proficiency in building relationships and effectively communicating with client stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Background as an IT Project and/or Program Manager overseeing developers and testers.

• Experience in website, mobile application, and custom software development projects.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master working with IT and Business organizations.

• Ability to operate independently without close supervision.

• Skill in facilitating discussions with both co-located and virtual team members.

• Ability to organize project requirements into a dynamic plan while minimizing complexity.

• Servant leadership experience with a development team during delivery cycles.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Experience working with companies based in the US.

• Scrum Master certification is required.

• Experience as part of a distributed and cross-functional team.

• Comfortable collaborating with remote team members.

• Preferred experience with application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA.

• Strong command of the English language.
