Scrum Master – Ferroviario

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and support multidisciplinary software development teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Facilitate Scrum events, including refinements, planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives.

• Engage in coaching and mentoring activities.

• Connect international and off-shore teams to enhance collaboration.

• Monitor software development KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate quality checkpoints and document management.

• Contribute to the adherence and continuous improvement of internal development guidelines and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing or coordinating software development teams.

• At least 1 year of experience working with off-shore teams.

• Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or EWM.

• High proficiency in English.

• Ability to facilitate communication, organize teams, and promote continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in railway projects or industrial software environments (preferred).

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and concepts such as Pull Requests, backend, frontend, and web services (preferred).

• Experience in utilizing and interpreting metrics like Lead Time, Cycle Time, or Time to Open (preferred).

• Knowledge or experience in document management and quality processes (preferred).
