This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Generate increases and enhancements to the plans of Claro Perú customers

• Promote renewals and upgrades of mobile devices

• Provide inbound and outbound services in the telecommunications sector

• Participate in remote training

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Junior High School

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year

• Experience in increasing and enhancing mobile plans, preferably for Claro Perú

• Availability to work full-time or semi-full-time starting at 9:00 am

• Availability for remote work

• Ability to generate increases and enhancements to Claro Perú customer plans
