Agency Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a high-quality residential client portfolio within the designated territory.

• Acquire new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships to enhance sales volume.

• Build lasting client relationships and secure new orders effectively.

• Compile lists of potential customers and create as well as implement strategic call plans.

• Evaluate client needs and formulate, present, and execute tailored solutions.

• Participate in real estate industry events and engage in community activities.

• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create localized marketing content and enhance social media presence.

• Develop, modify, and deliver presentations to customer groups and target audiences.

• Engage daily with Operations, Marketing, and Escrow divisions.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and ensure timely responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• 2–5 years of proven experience in the residential Title/Real Estate industry.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to actively listen to customers and comprehend their needs and goals.

• Possess diplomacy and tact in interactions.

• Exhibit persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Flexibility and capability to adjust strategies according to evolving conditions.

• Knowledge of market dynamics and competition, including the ability to identify external threats and opportunities.

• Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.

• Strong negotiation capabilities.
