Agency AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the upcoming AI sprint initiative.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to ensure alignment between vision and strategy.

• Engage directly with the Chief of Staff and department heads to develop, test, and implement necessary work.

• Oversee strategy formulation, system mapping, architecture, project planning, execution, and quality assurance.

• Convert AI opportunities into operational plans that span across agency functions.

• Develop effective systems that bolster business operations, synchronize teams, and facilitate scalable implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in an agency or consulting environment, adept at managing multiple client contexts, translating strategy into actionable delivery, and collaborating with creative, marketing, and web teams.

• Practical experience in guiding AI initiatives from conception through to implementation, including designing AI workflows, conducting iterative AI sprints, and overseeing testing and quality assurance of AI solutions.

• Solid understanding of the agency sector and agency business operations, with a background in systems mapping across agency functions and solution architecture.

• Direct hands-on experience with large language model platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic, as well as workflow automation tools like Zapier or Make, and vector databases.

• Familiarity with ecommerce and marketing platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, or GA4, as well as experience in developing standalone applications or intranets.

• Knowledge of implementation planning, quality assurance processes, best practices in AI and technology adoption, and experience working within a data governance framework.

• Experience in direct collaboration with senior leadership, including CEOs, Chief of Staff, and department heads, to align vision with strategy, facilitate decision-making, and drive cross-functional execution.

• Capability to distill complex AI and systems concepts for diverse stakeholders.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Preferred: Experience with similar agencies and a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

• Preferred: Knowledge of service fulfillment in lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website development.

• Preferred: Availability for touchpoints during EST US business hours.
