After-Sales Service Technician – Southern Germany Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting inspections of racking systems at customer locations throughout Germany and occasionally in other countries.

• Engaging in communication with customers, inspectors, and field service personnel.

• Providing technical processing and clarification of customer inquiries.

• Promoting BITO products through up-selling and cross-selling during customer interactions.

• Executing maintenance tasks on PROmotion, PROmobile, and LEO, which includes minor service assignments.

• Addressing complaints and determining effective solutions to issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d), with an additional qualification as a licensed electrician.

• Alternatively, completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), also with a qualification as a certified electrician.

• Alternatively, vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d); additional training to become a qualified electrician will be offered.

• Experience in maintenance and service work is a plus.

• Proficient spoken and written English skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility.
