This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide on-call coverage for the Hope's Voice Hotline during overnight and weekend hours.
β’ Respond promptly to dispatch requests within the designated response times for hospitals, law enforcement, community locations, and legal settings.
β’ Deliver crisis intervention support to individuals affected by intimate partner violence and sexual assault.
β’ Perform danger and lethality assessments while formulating and documenting personalized safety plans.
β’ Assist survivors in comprehending their rights and available remedies, securing emergency protective orders, and accessing Victim Assistance services.
β’ Record after-hours communications and facilitate the transition of survivors to daytime advocacy personnel.
β’ Offer case management services, conduct needs assessments, support goal planning, and provide follow-up assistance.
β’ Coordinate referrals for various services, including housing, healthcare, childcare, education, employment, financial aid, and other necessary support.
β’ Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with law enforcement, prosecutors, healthcare professionals, courts, financial service providers, and social service agencies.
β’ Represent Hope's Voice and CFS, Corp. in community engagements and advocate for the services available.
β’ Engage in outreach initiatives and community events.
β’ Maintain comprehensive case notes, data collection, incident reports, and statistical documentation as required by funders and regulatory bodies.
β’ Complete all necessary data entry tasks.
β’ Uphold strict confidentiality standards.
β’ Stay informed about trauma-informed care practices, dynamics of IPV and sexual assault, as well as evidence-based prevention strategies.
β’ Applicants must reside in Knox or Daviess County, Indiana.
β’ Availability for overnight and weekend on-call shifts is essential.
β’ Must be able to respond to dispatches within a 15-minute timeframe.
β’ Reliable phone access is required.
β’ A valid Indiana driver's license is mandatory.
β’ Reliable transportation is necessary.
β’ Current auto insurance is required.
β’ Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings mandated by CFS, Corp. and relevant state regulations.
β’ No felony convictions or pending felony or misdemeanor charges that could jeopardize the safety of survivors or compromise the integrity of Hope's Voice services.
β’ Required certifications must be maintained.
β’ Attendance at mandatory training sessions, staff meetings, and professional development activities as assigned is expected.
β’ Compliance with VAWA, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 (where applicable), Joint Commission standards, and CFS, Corp. policies and procedures is essential.
