Affiliate Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, manage, and nurture relationships with Spanish-speaking TikTok creators and affiliates.

• Establish connections with creators who genuinely represent Growve’s health, wellness, and beauty brands.

• Broaden Growve’s network of high-performing Spanish-speaking affiliates.

• Support affiliates in achieving success across brands such as Vitauthority, M3 Naturals, Sunwarrior, and SMNutrition.

• Recruit and maintain relationships with creators through effective relationship management and outreach at scale.

• Evaluate creator content and offer strategic feedback to enhance performance.

• Utilize knowledge of TikTok trends, creator discovery, TikTok Shop, and best practices on the platform.

• Handle multiple creator relationships at the same time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Hispanic/Latino creator ecosystem and its cultural nuances.

• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or managing creator partnerships.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication, with the capability to recruit and retain creators.

• Familiarity with TikTok trends, creator discovery, and best practices on the platform.

• Excellent organizational skills, allowing for the management of multiple creator relationships simultaneously.

• Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Genuine passion for health, wellness, nutrition, beauty, or fitness.

• Comfort in reviewing creator content and providing strategic feedback for performance improvement.

• Preferred experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center or affiliate management platforms.

• Highly preferred: Previous experience working directly with Spanish-speaking creators or influencer communities.

• Existing network of Spanish-speaking TikTok creators or affiliates.

• Experience in managing outreach to creators at scale.

• Experience working with brands in supplements, beauty, or consumer packaged goods.

• Basic content creation experience or understanding of short-form video best practices is a plus, but not required.
