Affiliate Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the affiliate partnerships channel from start to finish, encompassing performance partners, paid placements, and associated agreements.

• Establish and manage the affiliate program using FirstPromoter, which includes handling commissions, links, coupons, payouts, and ensuring data integrity.

• Recruit partners across various platforms including SEO, YouTube, LinkedIn, industry influencers, and martech publications.

• Perform both cold and warm outreach, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.

• Onboard new partners while also reactivating those that have become inactive.

• Design commission structures, flat-fee arrangements, and hybrid agreements.

• Oversee a monthly budget for placements and assess the return on investment.

• Ensure partner content remains accurate and aligns with brand standards.

• Provide reports on the performance of the channel.

• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

• Collaborate with teams focused on content, SEO, and branding.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience managing an affiliate or partner program.

• Practical experience in cold outreach and negotiation tactics.

• Knowledge of placement costs and the conversion of partner-generated content.

• Ability to independently manage the channel and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience in B2B or e-commerce is a plus.

• Background in sales or broader marketing is advantageous.
