Affiliate Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the North America affiliate channel, focusing on strategy, performance, profitability, and growth.

• Establish and implement a long-term program strategy that aligns with overarching media activation goals.

• Create experiments to evaluate and measure channel incrementality.

• Negotiate contracts, commissions, and placements.

• Enhance commission structures to optimize growth while ensuring profitability.

• Identify and explore new partners, incentive schemes, and partnership frameworks.

• Manage the North America budget, including forecasting, pacing, monthly billing, and invoice reconciliation.

• Promote AI integration by developing agents and automating repetitive tasks.

• Supervise 2 direct reports and coordinate with agency partners.

• Cultivate talent and establish high-performance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in affiliate and partnership marketing.

• More than 3 years of experience in team leadership and talent development.

• Proficient in attribution models and incrementality assessment.

• Ability to build analyses from the ground up using large, multi-source datasets.

• Familiarity with Impact, Looker, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets.

• Innovative and creative thinking for channel strategies.

• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Comfortable dealing with uncertainty and able to work independently.

• Proven skills in strategic planning, operational execution, and financial management.

• Excellent people leadership skills with a record of enhancing team performance.

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
