Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with affiliate and CPA network partners.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI.

• Onboard new affiliates, providing them with necessary creative assets and links.

• Identify high-performing offers while flagging those that are underperforming for assessment.

• Collaborate with content and social teams to synchronize affiliate promotions with ongoing campaigns.

• Keep precise records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance indicators.

• Investigate new affiliate opportunities and up-and-coming CPA networks.

• A degree is not necessary.

• Understanding of affiliate marketing principles is advantageous; training will be provided.

• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple partner relationships.

• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards.

• Strong written communication skills for regular correspondence with external partners.

• Self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks independently without constant supervision.
