Affiliate Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners utilizing SEMrush, Similarweb, Publisher Discovery, Affistash, and Aspire.

• Oversee daily communications with partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

• Track partner performance, generate ad-hoc reports, and identify any anomalies or performance issues.

• Suggest and assist in implementing strategies to enhance affiliate Free Trial Starts and subscription growth.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth Product, Data, and Creative teams to optimize conversion rates throughout the affiliate funnel.

• Report to Eric Recker while supporting Monarch’s Growth Marketing team during a phase of rapid expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in affiliate, partner, influencer, or growth marketing, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with an affiliate platform; Impact is preferred, with CJ or ShareASale also being relevant.

• Proficient in basic data analysis, creating ad-hoc dashboards, detecting anomalies, and calculating period-over-period growth.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for regular partner engagement.

• A curious, resourceful individual with a bias for action.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup environment.

• Basic understanding of CRO principles is preferred.

• Experience in fintech, subscription, or B2C/SaaS industries is desirable.

• Applicants must reside in the US.

• Ability to collaborate synchronously primarily between 9 AM–2 PM PT.
