Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with current partners

• Address daily technical or organizational inquiries swiftly and effectively

• Monitor traffic quality and volume

• Evaluate Click2Reg, Reg2Dep, ROI, and LTV performance metrics

• Enhance overall campaign effectiveness

• Recruit new webmasters, media buying teams, and affiliate networks

• Engage in outreach, negotiate agreements, and onboard new traffic sources

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of affiliate deal structures (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, Baseline, Hold) and comprehensive funnel mechanics from click to deposit

• Over 6 months of experience as an Affiliate Manager within an iGaming affiliate network, media buying team, or direct advertiser

• Exceptional written communication skills in Ukrainian

• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or above is a significant advantage

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities

• Capacity to build rapport quickly, persuade, and manage cold outreach via Telegram/Skype

• Skilled in Excel / Google Sheets

• Keen attention to detail

• Ability to derive data-driven insights from traffic reports
