Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a portfolio of affiliate and commercial partnerships, which includes financial influencers, content creators, financial media, and affiliate networks.

• Manage the entire partner lifecycle from prospecting and outreach to onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management.

• Cultivate partner relationships and pinpoint opportunities to enhance existing partnerships.

• Engage and oversee financial influencers and content creators throughout Brazil.

• Create campaign briefs, coordinate content delivery, and ensure that campaigns achieve brand and performance goals.

• Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities with agencies, fintech platforms, financial educators, media partners, and various commercial channels.

• Broaden the affiliate network to attract new audiences and boost subscription growth.

• Plan and implement co-marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

• Assess campaign performance, analyze conversion and ROI data, and refine campaigns to maximize subscription conversions.

• Enhance Investing.com's visibility and reach in Brazil through platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

• Monitor and report on affiliate, partner, and campaign performance.

• Keep track of competitor activities and market trends.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure that partnership strategies align with business objectives.

• Coordinate the cross-functional execution of campaigns and partner initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, business development, or a similar commercial partnership role.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner programs that drive measurable revenue growth.

• Established connections within the Brazilian financial content or influencer sector.

• Strong grasp of digital marketing channels and principles of performance marketing.

• Experience managing influencer or affiliate campaigns across prominent social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Active trader or investor with a genuine passion for financial markets.

• Native-level proficiency in Portuguese with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Business-level proficiency in English.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple partner relationships and projects concurrently.

• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, international setting.

• Proficient with AI tools and adept at applying them to marketing analysis and optimization.

• Familiarity with InvestingPro or similar financial tools is a plus.

• Experience in SaaS or fintech environments is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
