This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate Managers responsible for a portfolio of over 100 lifetime-trial affiliates.
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, book evaluations, and performance discussions.
• Manage the team’s trial commitments, forecasts, and pacing; provide weekly updates on successes, challenges, and requests.
• Implement corrective measures when an affiliate or Affiliate Manager's performance is declining.
• Act as the escalation point for complex affiliate issues.
• Oversee endorsement agreements, confirm deliverables, and facilitate contracts and payments through Legal, Finance, and leadership approvals.
• Expand the diversity of affiliate profiles and foster the development of the next generation of top performers.
• Guide Affiliate Managers through the entire funnel, focusing on lead generation, trial conversion, and trial-to-paid quality.
• Collaborate with Land and Activation teams to ensure smooth affiliate transitions.
• Develop and enhance Expand playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and onboarding processes.
• Work alongside Business Development, Product Marketing, Events, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, and RevOps.
• Ensure affiliate adherence to HighLevel Affiliate Program Policies.
• Organize and participate in affiliate recognition events and moments, including LevelUp, Commander experiences, and affiliate-hosted gatherings.
• Represent HighLevel in person with top affiliates.
• Provide strategic advice to leadership regarding programs, incentives, tools, staffing, and new market segments.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in affiliate, partner, channel, creator/influencer, or strategic account management, preferably within the SaaS sector.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience leading partner, affiliate, or account managers.
• Proven experience managing a multi-million dollar partner or affiliate portfolio with forecasting responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding a large portfolio of high-value partner, affiliate, creator, or channel relationships that deliver measurable revenue results.
• Strong people management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and holding partner or account managers accountable.
• Experience handling high-profile, dynamic partners, including challenging negotiations and emotional escalations.
• Excellent analytical abilities, including forecasting, cohort data analysis, pacing assessments, and action planning.
• Familiarity with partner incentive structures, commission programs, tiered recognition, and contract or endorsement-based partnerships.
• Strong operational discipline with the capacity to create repeatable processes and documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and make informed decisions with incomplete information.
• Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 times per quarter.
• Experience with affiliate platforms and tools such as FirstPromoter or Tipalti, along with CRMs and BI tools like Tableau.
• Knowledge of marketing agencies, SMB SaaS, or the creator economy.
• Understanding of FTC endorsement guidelines and affiliate compliance.
• Experience in international partner markets.
