This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a diverse team encompassing affiliate events and community, affiliate marketing and creative, program operations, and affiliate compliance.
• Take ownership of activation and engagement objectives across the entire affiliate network, including activation rates, engagement metrics, initiative participation, and reach of events and assets.
• Provide weekly reports on achievements, potential risks, and requests, while making adjustments to underperforming programs.
• Organize and manage a year-round schedule of affiliate events, activation activities, promotions, and campaigns.
• Evaluate and enhance initiatives, delivering insights to leadership.
• Supervise the affiliate asset library, which includes swipe copy, creative materials, landing pages, and training resources.
• Manage affiliate recognition initiatives, including awards, Commander experiences, and Summit moments.
• Represent HighLevel in person with affiliates.
• Oversee affiliate compliance, which entails policy enforcement, content reviews, resolution of violations, and managing sensitive compliance discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product Marketing, Events, Enablement, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, RevOps, and internal teams.
• Scale the affiliate expansion efforts, diversify the partner base, and develop playbooks and systems.
• Proven experience in establishing and managing one-to-many partner, affiliate, creator, or community programs that engage thousands of partners with measurable activation and engagement outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and ensuring accountability within a multidisciplinary team.
• Practical experience in executing events from start to finish, covering budgets, vendor management, and post-event evaluation.
• Background in managing partner promotions, campaigns, and content or asset initiatives.
• Familiarity with affiliate compliance and FTC endorsement regulations, including controls, policies, and audit documentation.
• Experience in addressing policy violations and handling escalations with partners possessing strong personalities.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including defining program KPIs, reporting, and analyzing engagement and cohort data.
• Operational discipline in creating repeatable processes and maintaining documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 2-3 times each quarter.
• 8+ years of experience in affiliate, partner, channel, creator/influencer, community, or partner marketing programs, preferably in SaaS.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing a cross-functional team.
• Experience in owning program KPIs and budgets for a partner or affiliate base of thousands.
• Preferred: experience with affiliate platforms such as FirstPromoter or Tipalti, CRMs, and BI tools like Tableau.
• Preferred: knowledge of marketing agency, SMB SaaS, or creator economy sectors.
• Preferred: direct experience with FTC endorsement guidelines, affiliate compliance programs, or SOX-style controls and audits.
• Preferred: experience in planning large-scale in-person events or conferences.
• Preferred: experience with international partner markets.
