Affiliate Lead – Consumer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and expand the global affiliate program for both Kraken and Krak.

• Establish strategies, prioritize partners and markets, and allocate investments considering funded customers, retained revenue, LTV, CAC, ROI, and fully loaded payback.

• Develop direct connections with affiliates, publishers, comparison platforms, communities, creators, and KOLs.

• Classify the portfolio based on audience, model, market, and customer quality.

• Design and negotiate terms for CPA, revenue share, hybrid, or quality-weighted models.

• Guide strategic partners through evaluation, onboarding, offers, content, landing experience, verification, funding, initial use, and retention.

• Collaborate with Data to create partner-level cohort views and experiments that differentiate last-click attribution from incremental growth.

• Determine which partners to scale, enhance, limit, or exit based on downstream economics and customer experience.

• Safeguard the channel against brand bidding, coupon interception, promotional abuse, fraud, and low-quality traffic.

• Develop a strategy for Consumer KOLs and creators, focusing on recruiting, activating, and scaling high-potential partners.

• Establish objectives, briefs, commercial models, and metrics for creator and KOL partnerships.

• Tailor strategies to local customer motivations, barriers, language, regulations, and channel ecosystems.

• Create repeatable workflows in collaboration with Performance Marketing, Product, Creative, and regional teams.

• Leverage AI to enhance sourcing, analysis, content operations, and monitoring, while maintaining human judgment and compliance review.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of managing and scaling an affiliate program as a hands-on operator, with clear examples of enhancing customer and revenue economics.

• Strong commercial acumen related to CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and incentive structures.

• Proficiency in calculating fully loaded payback and articulating sustainable value.

• Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and expanding direct partner relationships, including high-value or sensitive accounts.

• Ability to analyze partner, funnel, cohort, and retention data, working fluently with Data.

• International experience in adapting offers, partner mix, content, and operational strategies to local customer behavior and regulatory requirements.

• Practical knowledge of affiliate tracking, attribution, fraud and abuse controls, as well as brand and compliance standards.

• A builder's mindset, including the development of processes, sharing insights, and utilizing AI or automation without relinquishing judgment.

• Experience in the crypto, fintech, or other regulated consumer sectors is a plus.

• Familiarity with creator or KOL programs is an added advantage.
