This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will be responsible for managing revenue attributed to affiliates. Your role will involve identifying significant growth opportunities, devising a strategy, and executing it effectively. Clean attribution is a must.
• You will develop a steady pipeline of top-notch affiliates, collaborating with publishers, comparison sites, content partners, creators, communities, and other pertinent channels.
• You will establish a comprehensive overview of affiliate performance, focusing on revenue, attribution, conversion rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), retention, refunds, activation, and partner concentration.
• You will expedite the transition of new affiliates from signing to going live. This includes creating a well-defined onboarding process that provides the necessary links, offers, content, and guidance.
• You will oversee the affiliate roster based on performance outcomes.
• You will ensure that partners receive accurate information promptly to facilitate effective execution. Additionally, you will ensure they are satisfied with their offers and positioned for growth.
• You will manage daily communication with affiliates through various channels, including Everflow, TradeTracker, email, and others as required.
• You will evaluate affiliate content when necessary and coordinate timely corrections. You will uphold a strict standard for accuracy—ensuring pristine compliance is essential.
• You will maintain precise partner information, tracking links, commission structures, workflows, and documentation across Everflow and TradeTracker.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in growing affiliate, publisher, partnership, creator, and performance-driven acquisition channels.
• Experience managing programs using platforms such as Everflow, TradeTracker, etc.
• Proficient in concepts of attribution, revenue, CAC, contribution margin, activation, conversion, retention, refunds, and payback periods.
• Ability to source, pitch, negotiate, and onboard high-quality affiliates rather than solely depending on inbound applications and existing networks.
• Skilled at quickly identifying affiliates with genuine potential and eliminating those that do not meet this criterion.
• Capable of managing daily operations without oversight issues, including communications, offers, promotions, tracking, commissions, content reviews, and resolving any issues.
• Proficient in diagnosing affiliate performance through data analysis, identifying real constraints, and transforming insights into actionable plans. You can effectively communicate learnings to all partners.
• You will develop repeatable workflows, reporting, documentation, and automations to enable program scalability. You dislike manual work and ensure processes are not only kept in memory.
• You effectively balance rapid growth with precision, understanding that compliance is critical in a regulated environment. You avoid engaging in black hat tactics.
• Familiarity with direct-response creative, landing pages, conversion funnels, attribution, and the interaction of affiliate acquisition with paid social and search is essential.
