Affiliate Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential affiliates and partners within relevant sectors to enhance both the size and quality of the Network.

• Perform preliminary evaluations of incoming and outgoing partner applicants based on Network compatibility criteria.

• Maintain a regular outreach schedule and monitor the pipeline of potential partners from initial contact to onboarding.

• Assess current partner profiles and proactively seek suitable vendor opportunities for them.

• Assist in vendor onboarding by curating a list of relevant, high-potential partners for new programs.

• Create and uphold a structured taxonomy for organizing partners.

• Develop efficient processes and simple tools/tracking systems to ensure partner data remains organized and current.

• Support the Network Manager with daily administrative and organizational responsibilities related to the Network's health.

• Aid in preparing internal reports on partner recruitment, categorization coverage, and the pipeline of prospective partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a BDR, recruiting, partnerships, or a role related to affiliate marketing (internships are acceptable).

• Strong organizational skills — adept at establishing structure and processes where they are currently lacking.

• Comfortable with outbound outreach and developing relationships in the initial stages.

• Detail-oriented, with the capability to work with data and spreadsheets to track and categorize information at scale.

• Inquisitive and analytical — genuinely interested in understanding what contributes to a partner's success and recognizing patterns before they become evident.

• Excellent written communication skills for partner outreach and internal documentation purposes.
