This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +12 more states.
β’ Co-manage the daily operations of the internal affiliate program, which includes onboarding, commission structures, codes, links, payouts, and performance tracking.
β’ Allocate the affiliate budget and establish commission structures based on the performance of creators and their potential tiers.
β’ Oversee clicks, conversions, revenue, and the contribution of affiliates to creator-driven revenue.
β’ Identify and address issues related to fraud, coupon misuse, and policy breaches while managing escalations.
β’ Transform high-performing organic creators into opportunities for paid partnerships.
β’ Assess and onboard creators to specific tier levels while managing their accounts effectively.
β’ Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams for payout reconciliation and reporting processes.
β’ Identify new creators through social listening and evaluate their brand compatibility, content quality, audience demographics, and conversion potential.
β’ Maintain a roster of top-performing affiliates and promote exceptional creators into paid tiers, ambassador roles, or dedicated collaborations.
β’ Execute product seeding comprehensively, covering selection, order placement, tracking, and follow-up.
β’ Secure and monitor usage rights and expirations.
β’ Handle whitelisting and partnership advertising access.
β’ Partner with Paid Media to identify and direct creator content for advertising tests.
β’ Relay creator performance insights back into partner decision-making.
β’ Communicate program updates, incentives, and performance feedback to affiliates.
β’ Ensure that affiliate and creator content complies with FTC disclosure requirements and adheres to Portland Leather Goods brand standards.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for creators, talent managers, and agency partners.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer or creator marketing, or partnership marketing, either on the brand or agency side.
β’ Practical experience managing an affiliate or creator platform such as Roster, Refunnel, ShopMy, LTK, Superfiliate, Impact, CJ, or similar systems.
β’ Proven ability to analyze program data and take actionable steps based on findings.
β’ Attention to detail in managing payouts, tracking, codes, and rights documentation.
β’ Excellent written communication skills.
β’ In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including creator culture and effective content strategies.
β’ Candidates must reside in a state where the company is currently registered to conduct business and process payroll: Oregon, Texas, Washington, Florida, Virginia, South Carolina, Nevada, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, Tennessee, New Hampshire, or Georgia.
