This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Present products and services to prospective clients.
• Identify consumer traits, customer requirements, local business prospects, and challenges.
• Suggest product solutions and methods to promote and sell offerings.
• Develop strategic plans aimed at achieving sales objectives.
• Build and nurture client relationships.
• Assess costs to establish product pricing.
• Implement strategic plans and keep executives updated on progress.
• Act as the primary contact for current and potential customers within the designated territory.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on regional sales outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales personnel and internal teams to meet both individual and collective sales goals.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding features, pricing, and supplementary services.
• Promote additional products when suitable.
• Work together with sales representatives across different territories to exchange best practices.
• Build and sustain enduring customer relationships while understanding business objectives and needs.
• Keep track of industry trends, economic indicators, supply and demand, and competitor activities.
• Contribute to team success and fulfill assigned tasks within established timelines.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
• A favorable background investigation clearance is mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from initiation to completion.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
• Proven capability to clearly articulate the unique aspects of services and products.
• Knowledge of developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
• Proficiency in sales planning.
• Ability to build relationships effectively.
• Self-driven and motivated individual.
• Experience in managing profitability.
• Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO standards, cGMP/CGTP, relevant regulations/standards, and internal policies and standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours on weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice.
