Advisory Solutions Consultant – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in the sales process, collaborating closely with both direct and channel sales teams.

• Identify and comprehend customer needs, aligning SailPoint solutions accordingly.

• Showcase SailPoint's business functions, value propositions, and competitive advantages.

• Deliver product demonstrations to potential clients.

• Assist in crafting RFP responses alongside the RFP response team.

• Participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value (POV) assessments.

• Provide insights to Product Management regarding product enhancements.

• Gain knowledge in the Identity Security and Identity Management domains.

• Conduct initial demos and discussions in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

• Attend Revenue Onboarding and Challenger Sales training sessions.

• Refine technical discovery skills through SE Scrum groups.

• Present to Account Executives to perfect messaging and develop relationships.

• Navigate internal partnerships with Customer Success Managers, Product Management, Professional Services, and Partners.

• Coordinate with Account Executives before and after client engagements, linking presentations to business value.

• Contribute to new technical collateral for organization-wide dissemination.

• Enhance knowledge of IT audit functions, regulatory frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, GDPR, and CCPA.

• Speak at national or regional conferences and meetups.

• Network to establish and enhance a personal brand.

• Clearly communicate SailPoint's business value as a strategic sale.

• Engage with clients outside of IT, including HR, Finance, risk management, legal counsel, and various business lines.

• Achieve fluency in Identity Security terminology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource within an enterprise software organization (B2B).

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient understanding of technical infrastructure, including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories.

• Familiarity with modern SaaS architecture.

• Knowledge of Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, Azure/AWS/GCP is advantageous.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions is preferred.

• Preference for candidates residing in the Southeast states (TX, NC, FL, SC, GA).

• Willingness to travel within the US, primarily in the Southeast region.

• A BA/BS degree or global equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

• 8 years of related experience is required.
