Advisor, Skills Training and Competency Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Support needs assessment, training creation, logistics, and execution.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.

• Offer guidance and support to clients and partners.

• Create tools, methodologies, and procedures.

• Identify issues, challenges, and needs to establish target outcomes.

• Organize, plan, and implement employee training sessions.

• Conduct post-training evaluations and suggest improvement measures.

• Assist in the development, production, execution, and marketing of new training programs, solutions, and content.

• Recommend various training delivery approaches.

• Aid in formulating and executing objectives, solutions, policies, programs, and action plans.

• Analyze data and perform research studies.

• Provide recommendations and prepare reports.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least two years of pertinent experience.

• Other combinations of education and relevant experience may be accepted.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.

• Strong business acumen.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
