Advisor – Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Support the advancement of projects as Gainwell assists clients in achieving improved health and human services outcomes through innovative technology.

• Oversee one or multiple large project management teams by deconstructing extensive technological programs and aiding in project staffing.

• Lead project planning, tracking, and provide oversight for assigned personnel by setting direction and deadlines.

• Engage with clients, company executives, and project team leaders, measuring and disseminating project metrics and updates.

• Suggest program modifications when necessary.

• Develop project schedules, program definitions, budgets, and objectives throughout all phases of the project.

• Manage projects that involve non-direct reports by raising risks and applying risk mitigation strategies.

• Draft comprehensive SOWs and support new proposal initiatives and business development efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in managing intricate projects, programs, or initiatives through the entire project management life cycle.

• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid or Medicare is preferred.

• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Catalyst or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Up-to-date knowledge of budget development, management, and assurance techniques.

• Familiarity with project management software.

• Capability to translate broad program goals into specific project scopes and milestones.

• Competence in training, guiding, and mentoring junior team members.

• Excellent executive presentation abilities and effective communication skills.

• Ability to convey project priorities and inspire direct and indirect stakeholders to take action.
