Advisor, Poultry Nutrition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Offer industry knowledge to significant internal and external clients concerning nutritional solutions and technology.

• Act as the leading nutritionist for key accounts.

• Serve as the primary contact for nutritional expertise and engage with potential customers.

• Collaborate with regional commercial teams and key customers to formulate and execute account plans.

• Evaluate new business prospects and determine priorities within the innovation pipeline.

• Work alongside internal and external suppliers and stakeholders to assess new technologies and solutions.

• Compile research data on emerging technologies for commercial teams and clients.

• Create training materials for commercial and technical teams.

• Provide thought leadership and strategic insights with minimal guidance.

• Guide and support team members.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in Poultry Nutrition or equivalent experience.

• At least six years of relevant work experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the United States.

• Preferred on-farm experience in poultry management and production.

• Preferred experience in public speaking.

• Proven track record in developing and conveying value and solutions to team members and customers (preferred).
