Advisor, People Hedge Funds Call Back – Consulting, Equity Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide direct counsel to the CEO through monthly discussions, delivering honest feedback on potential missteps.

• Facilitate warm introductions to individuals at funds that Mercata should engage with.

• Aim to make around five introductions each month, with an increased expectation during the initial month.

• Emphasize the importance of high-quality introductions rather than merely focusing on quantity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a COO, CIO, or PM within a hedge fund managing over $500M in fundamental investments.

• A robust network of COOs and CIOs at established funds ranging from $50M to $2B who are receptive to your outreach.

• Must not have any restrictions on working with Mercata; candidates should be independent, retired, or managing their own firms.

• A strong belief that future fundamental investing firms will rely on infrastructure similar to what is being proposed.
