Advisor, Field Planning Readiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist in initiatives aimed at enhancing field readiness, leader effectiveness, associate experiences, and operational execution.

• Collaborate on priorities, dependencies, timelines, readiness requirements, and deliverables alongside project managers, Field Planning partners, field leaders, and cross-functional teams.

• Convert business changes into field-ready communications, guidance documents, job aids, FAQs, leadership resources, and support materials.

• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, adoption metrics, and concerns regarding field readiness.

• Collect and analyze feedback to pinpoint obstacles, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist with pilots, testing, readiness assessments, and phased implementations.

• Clarify expectations, respond to operational inquiries, and aid leaders in managing change.

• Identify solutions that enhance readiness, adoption, consistency, and execution.

• Highlight project risks, field challenges, and operational issues.

• Record lessons learned, performance insights, feedback, and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience through education and relevant work history.

• 3–5 years of experience in field operations, business operations, project support, change enablement, training, coaching, or similar roles.

• Capability to forge strong working relationships across various organizational levels.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in gathering feedback, documenting issues, and facilitating operational enhancements.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and supporting various initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational competencies.

• Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively navigate a matrixed environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
