Advisor, Field Planning Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with tax office leaders to facilitate operational initiatives, readiness activities, and implementation strategies.

• Collect and analyze feedback regarding processes, tools, and operational challenges to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Aid in project execution by confirming readiness, tracking action items, and addressing obstacles to success.

• Foster communication between operational leaders and corporate teams to clarify expectations and resolve inquiries.

• Identify and disseminate best practices that enhance consistency and operational efficiency across tax offices.

• Organize pilot programs and testing activities by supporting participation, monitoring execution, and gathering feedback.

• Assist in change enablement initiatives, including readiness resources, leader engagement, and implementation assistance.

• Track adoption trends and operational performance to uncover risks, gaps, and areas for enhancement.

• Ensure accurate documentation concerning feedback, concerns, successes, and follow-up actions.

• Engage in operational reviews and continuous improvement efforts to support future initiatives and planning activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 3-5 years of experience providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment or a similar setting.
