• Build an advisory relationship by identifying both current and future needs to support client retention.

• Provide guidance to members and clients regarding specialized products and services, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Assess client requirements and gather as well as analyze relevant data.

• Manage requests and conduct follow-ups as necessary.

• Support members and clients by understanding their needs and recommending customized solutions.

• Assist in identifying the unit’s operational risks and areas for enhancement.

• Remain informed about the latest standards, products, and services in the industry.

• At least one year of pertinent experience.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
