This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct research on data, competitor activities, market trends, and adviser requirements to produce actionable insights.
• Recognize trends, exceptions, and gaps in evidence.
• Assist in proposition initiatives from initial exploration through testing and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and adviser-facing teams to collect and organize information effectively.
• Create evidence packs for proposition reviews, due diligence, governance documents, and committee decisions.
• Evaluate provider evidence and pinpoint areas that need challenge or escalation.
• Manage due diligence information distributed to third parties.
• Generate concise briefings, research outputs, meeting summaries, and draft documents.
• Monitor reviews, deadlines, and action items, promptly escalating any exceptions.
• Enhance repeatable processes, templates, and records through improved technology use.
• Contribute to the fund research service and develop insights into adviser inquiries and specialized investment knowledge.
• A strong curiosity about financial advice and a desire to deepen knowledge of advice businesses, products, markets, and regulations.
• Highly organized and precise, with dependable record-keeping and a disciplined approach to follow-through.
• Capable of communicating clearly and simplifying complex information into concise, well-balanced messages.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external teams.
• Comfortable taking ownership within a defined scope, asking focused questions, and escalating unclear requirements or evidence as needed.
• Experience in financial services, analysis, research, project support, or governance is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possess transferable skills, sound judgment, and the potential for growth.
• Ability to work remotely within the context of England/UK.
• 182 hours of holiday (26 days).
