This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the complete Digital Marketing Solutions portfolio, which encompasses product strategy, market positioning, vendor ecosystem, pricing considerations, and growth roadmap.
• Perform portfolio reviews to evaluate product performance, market demand, customer adoption, profitability, and competitive stance.
• Identify gaps in offerings and create business cases for new products, partnerships, or capabilities.
• Investigate industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
• Prioritize investments in the portfolio and rationalize underperforming offerings.
• Serve as the business owner responsible for portfolio adoption, profitability, and revenue growth.
• Establish product performance metrics and evaluate portfolio health, market fit, and commercial viability.
• Develop strategies for packaging, pricing, and bundling.
• Propel revenue growth and product adoption throughout the portfolio.
• Set and monitor margin targets by product category and vendor relationship.
• Manage relationships with vendors and oversee commercial agreements.
• Set expectations for partners, establish performance standards, and conduct business reviews.
• Advise on vendor renewals, renegotiations, or exits.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership in client discussions and sales enablement efforts.
• Supervise sales enablement tools, training, and solution positioning.
• Work with stakeholders to devise go-to-market strategies and launch products.
• Partner with Operations for onboarding, fulfillment, and delivery processes.
• Coordinate with Finance on forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Over 7 years of experience managing and expanding digital product portfolios, marketing solutions portfolios, advertising products, SaaS offerings, or similar commercial product lines.
• Proven success in assessing portfolio performance and making strategic choices regarding product growth, optimization, expansion, and rationalization.
• Experience in recognizing market opportunities and sourcing, evaluating, and launching new products, partnerships, or vendor relationships.
• Strong commercial insight, including expertise in revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy, and vendor economics.
• Capability to create product roadmaps, drive adoption, and convert strategy into tangible business outcomes.
• A product-focused understanding of market success, customer value, and revenue growth.
• Data-driven and customer-centric proficiency to define and refine KPIs related to adoption, performance, and commercial success.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, aligning Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance around a cohesive growth strategy.
