This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Lead the planning and implementation of annual, quarterly, and launch-specific advertising campaigns across various channels.
• Assist senior advertising leadership in steering the creative process from initial concept development and creative review to execution and final approvals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal NOA marketing teams to guarantee integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.
• Supervise agency partners in the development and production of advertising and digital creative assets.
• Oversee the production of creative materials, including managing budgets, timelines, and on-site supervision of commercial shoots.
• Direct end-to-end creative review and approval processes utilizing internal workflow tools.
• Work with global Nintendo partners to address regional and worldwide mobile product campaign overlaps.
• Assist in executing complex, high-priority launch campaigns, which include creative/media briefs, campaign management, and creative deployment.
• Ensure campaigns are launched and delivered as scheduled while adhering to NOA standards, including legal and ESRB compliance.
• Monitor budgets effectively.
• Prepare presentations that summarize campaign strategies, creative concepts, key performance metrics, and actionable insights.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in advertising and/or marketing.
• Extensive experience in managing the production of comprehensive campaigns, including video, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to coordinate large-scale marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in managing advertising agencies and production companies.
• Significant experience in overseeing advertising creative production.
• Proven experience in leading teams while promoting a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in PC applications, specifically Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Required agency experience or experience in managing agency relationships.
• Preferred experience or professional knowledge of the video game and entertainment sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
