This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Process a range of HR and Compensation-related transactions, both simple and complex, submitted by current and former Pearson employees, HR colleagues, and other authorized stakeholders.

• Execute HR transactions and updates in Oracle Fusion and other HR technologies, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

• Provide administrative assistance for compensation processes, including requests that require additional validation or processing beyond standard Tier 1 support.

• Support bulk or mass transactions that involve multiple employee records.

• Investigate and address inquiries related to processes, policies, and systems, escalating complex or sensitive issues when necessary.

• Utilize knowledge management resources, standard operating procedures, and available tools to complete transactions and resolve inquiries.

• Document cases, actions taken, and resolutions in the case management system.

• Complete transactions adhering to established service levels, quality standards, and productivity targets.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and Compensation information appropriately.

• Apply HR policies, processes, and relevant country-specific requirements.

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Support process enhancements, change initiatives, and operational projects.

• Identify process challenges or improvement opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate team members.

• Carry out related administrative and operational duties in support of the Global Compensation Plan team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or a similar administrative role is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion or other HRIS platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with ticketing or case management systems is preferred.

• Experience in data processing, administrative transactions, or employee-related requests is an advantage.

• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data quality.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple requests, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to consistently follow established processes, procedures, and controls.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to learn and work with HR systems, digital tools, and new technologies.
