Ads Strategist – Creative & Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop strategic plans for each account, encompassing offer angles, audience targeting, funnel design, and success metrics.

• Direct the creative process by crafting compelling angles and hooks, briefing the design team, and selecting testing concepts and formats.

• Evaluate performance to determine which strategies to discontinue, scale up, or further test.

• Manage campaign setups and launches through an efficient workflow.

• Collaborate on B2B lead generation, high-ticket offerings, demo bookings, and fixed-date conversion campaigns.

• Meet cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, and ROAS objectives aligned with actual revenue.

• Detect tracking deficiencies, landing-page issues, and creative fatigue proactively to prevent negative impacts on results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience managing Meta for performance with substantial budget management.

• Strong creative intuition supported by data analytics.

• Proven history of success with lead-generation and conversion campaigns.

• Experience in high-ticket or B2B markets is highly advantageous.

• Robust technical knowledge of Meta platforms.

• Up-to-date understanding of current trends and effective strategies on Meta.

• Self-motivated with the capability to steer an account's direction independently, without daily oversight.

• Proficient in English.

• Availability to work within European time zones (GMT–CET).

• Knowledge of Italian is a plus.

• Experience with time-sensitive product launches is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools or familiarity with AI-driven creative processes is a plus.
