Ads Manager – Meta, YouTube, TikTok

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Create paid advertising strategies aimed at gaining new podcast subscribers on YouTube and Spotify, enhancing episode viewership, and boosting newsletter registrations for Bullenbrief.

• Drive revenue growth through premium dossiers and partner offerings, including brokerage accounts, bank accounts, and various tools.

• Develop and oversee campaigns across Meta (Instagram, Facebook), YouTube/Google, and TikTok platforms.

• Experiment with different audiences, advertisements, and budgets, while discontinuing those that are ineffective.

• Implement tracking systems to ensure precise measurement of ad performance.

• Provide monthly reports detailing metrics such as expenses, subscriptions, conversions, and revenue generated.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in executing campaigns that yield measurable outcomes.

• Share data from campaigns you have directed, including cost per subscription, cost per lead, and ROAS.

• Proficient in Meta Ads, Google/YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads, with advanced expertise in at least two of these platforms.

• Familiarity with the advertising regulations of these platforms regarding financial services.

• Fluent in German.

• A keen interest in the stock market is advantageous.

• Submit 2–3 examples of campaigns you have managed, along with relevant performance metrics.

• Provide a proposal for performance-based compensation, detailing metrics, rates, and the method of measurement.

• Indicate your weekly availability.
