This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Collaborate with Canadian clients and internal Solventum teams to facilitate adoption, enhance optimization, and achieve customer success goals.

β€’ Evaluate existing clinician workflows and confirm future-state workflows aimed at boosting provider efficiency and improving documentation quality.

β€’ Create and implement customer adoption plans, success metrics, and strategies for optimization.

β€’ Provide customer training, conduct workflow assessments, lead readiness sessions, and perform post-go-live optimization reviews.

β€’ Observe utilization trends, identify barriers to adoption, and suggest best practices to enhance outcomes.

β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and IT stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.

β€’ Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to relay customer feedback and identify opportunities for enhancements.

β€’ Contribute to the development of adoption playbooks, training materials, customer success programs, and implementation methodologies.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

β€’ At least three (3) years of experience in supporting healthcare technology, clinical applications, customer success, implementation, training, or workflow optimization.

β€’ A minimum of two (2) years of customer-facing experience in healthcare consulting, adoption, training, or implementation.

β€’ Familiarity with speech recognition, physician documentation, CAPD, CDI, or clinician productivity solutions.

β€’ Experience with Solventum solutions, including Fluency Direct or other clinician workflow technologies.

β€’ Background in working with Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, MEDITECH, Altera Health, or other clinical systems.

β€’ Experience in supporting healthcare transformation, clinician engagement, user adoption, and change management initiatives.

β€’ Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

β€’ Knowledge of Canadian healthcare operations and clinical documentation workflows.

β€’ Proven ability in delivering presentations, training, and workflow workshops to clinical and operational stakeholders.

β€’ Willingness to travel to customer locations across Canada as necessary.

β€’ Must possess legal authorization to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship.
