This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Recruit qualified candidates for admission to the University in compliance with state and federal accreditation standards as well as institutional policies and regulations.
• Effectively manage time and inquiry resources to foster interest in various programs.
• Conduct a high volume of prospective phone communications to secure appointments and facilitate interview processes.
• Implement follow-up activities with unresolved interviewees and future applicants.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally with Student Support Services to assist students and ensure successful matriculation.
• Clearly explain educational programs, anticipated outcomes, student services, and financial aspects to students, parents, and educators.
• Handle inquiries to ensure timely contact and achieve weekly performance targets using authorized recruitment policies and formats.
• Redirect unqualified candidates based on misaligned career objectives.
• Generate new inquiries through personally developed referrals.
• Schedule and conduct interviews while actively pursuing qualified candidates for enrollment.
• Assess candidate suitability for enrollment based on alignment with career goals.
• Project new student forecasts for admissions leadership.
• Conduct at least monthly follow-up meetings with all applicants to support successful matriculation.
• Assist staff and departments with data collection and problem-solving initiatives.
• Engage in recruitment and enrollment events including open houses, regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career fairs, community outreach, and employer partnerships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with one year of successful admissions or sales experience, OR an associate’s degree with three years of successful admissions or sales experience.
• Genuine interest in aiding others in achieving their life goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with both faculty and student populations.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Goal-oriented and highly ethical in professional conduct.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant hardware and software systems for reporting purposes.
• Ability to interact effectively as a leader or team member and to collaborate with other departments.
• Capability to listen to customers and respond positively to their needs.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and multiple priorities.
• Competence in managing multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
