Admissions Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage and communicate with potential candidates through Zoom, email, phone, and text to guide and support them throughout the enrollment process.

• Effectively manage a database of leads, nurturing them to convert into fully enrolled candidates.

• Achieve all weekly and monthly objectives set by the admissions team.

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Admissions to coordinate recruitment initiatives.

• Build rapport and foster relationships with prospective candidates by understanding their backgrounds, motivations, and aspirations.

• Advocate for the value of Moreland University to prospective candidates.

• Deliver engaging and precise information regarding Moreland University’s value proposition.

• Communicate sensitively and inclusively with applicants from diverse global, academic, professional, and cultural backgrounds.

• Schedule regular appointments with qualified leads for discussions about the program and application submission, leading to enrollment.

• Provide accurate and timely updates to your supervisor.

• Acquire a strong understanding of Moreland University’s product offerings.

• Articulate how products align with prospects’ requirements for recognized teaching qualifications (license/credential) and/or a Master’s in Education (M.Ed.).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Preference for candidates located in the metro DC area, though not mandatory.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inside admissions, admissions, customer service, higher education, or a related field.

• Experience in inside admissions with a proven track record of a strong drive to achieve targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with prospective candidates via phone, online, and email.

• High-quality written communication skills, including grammar, conventions, logical flow, and word choice.
