This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Input new student enrollments and status updates into Student Information and Client Management Systems.
• Oversee and monitor enrollment documentation to ensure that student files are complete and submitted on time.
• Aid students in the completion and submission of necessary documents.
• Act as the main point of contact for support related to enrollment systems, including Complio and the Enrollment Portal.
• Verify that enrollment documents comply with admissions and regulatory standards.
• Conduct entrance assessments and report on requirement statuses and test results.
• Assist the Admissions team with campus tours and visits from potential students.
• Provide front desk support by welcoming students and visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain a professional and inviting reception area.
• Manage mail, photocopying, faxing, and filing tasks.
• Support orientations, graduations, and activities aimed at enhancing student engagement.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Registrars, and Academic departments to facilitate the onboarding process.
• Achieve or surpass metrics for processing enrollment documents.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA and Unitek admissions policies.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma is required; some college education is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative, front desk, or customer service roles, preferably in an education or admissions context.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and effective time management skills.
• Professional communicator focused on customer service, possessing strong integrity and work ethic.
• Proficient with technology and computer systems, with a quick learning ability.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to enter enrollments and status changes into Student Information and Client Management Systems.
• Proficient in managing and tracking enrollment documents, including background checks, immunizations, proof of graduation, and valid identification.
• Ability to administer entrance assessments according to established procedures.
• Compliance with FERPA and admissions policies is essential.
