This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the patient onboarding process from referral to the commencement of therapy.

• Confirm insurance coverage and convey the financial responsibilities to patients.

• Identify, secure, and manage financial assistance along with copay support.

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive patient records are maintained throughout all stages of care.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement care plans effectively.

• Act as a liaison for providers, payers, and referral sources.

• Observe workflows and pinpoint opportunities to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.

• Help to maintain and improve policies and procedures.

• Address and resolve concerns from patients or partners in a timely manner.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• At least 1+ years of experience in healthcare, customer service, contact center, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are necessary.

• A commitment to teamwork and enhancing the patient experience.

• Experience in pharmacy, home health, or home infusion is preferred.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification is preferred.

• Experience in supporting financial assistance programs is preferred.

• Prior mentoring experience is preferred.

• An internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required for occasional or permanent remote work.
