This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as an admissions specialist, providing advice to students on CIEE programs tailored to their academic interests, goals, and eligibility.
β’ Deliver personalized, hands-on support as students initiate, complete, and submit their applications.
β’ Handle a high volume of email and phone inquiries, ensuring responses are made within one business day.
β’ Schedule follow-up communications with prospective students and implement strategies throughout the inquiry and application journey.
β’ Plan and conduct information sessions, webinars, events, and presentations.
β’ Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of CIEE Student Ambassadors on campus.
β’ Collaborate with the Manager of Institutional Relations to guide outreach strategies for Student Ambassadors.
β’ Work alongside the Manager of Institutional Relations to align efforts with partner institution goals and provide valuable insights from the ground level.
β’ Meet personal and team objectives for completed applications and application conversion rates.
β’ Record call details and input data into Salesforce CRM.
β’ Engage in ongoing training regarding CIEE programs, policies, and tools.
β’ Partner with Managers of Institutional Relations, Admissions Advisors, and Student Ambassadors for collaborative efforts.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent is required.
β’ 1β2 years of experience in sales and/or a customer-service-focused role is essential.
β’ Previous experience in student advising, customer service, higher education, or sales is preferred.
β’ Study abroad experience is highly desirable.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups and engaging in one-on-one interactions.
β’ Keen attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
β’ Proficient in professional written and verbal communication.
β’ A service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
β’ Capability to work independently and remotely while being part of a team.
β’ Initiative, receptiveness to feedback, and the ability to follow directions as needed.
β’ Proficiency in everyday computer operations, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Willingness to leverage technology for performance enhancement.
β’ Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

β’ Valid US driver's license is required.
