This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Act as an admissions authority, guiding students in selecting suitable CIEE programs tailored to their academic interests, aspirations, and eligibility.
• Provide comprehensive support as students initiate, complete, and submit their CIEE applications.
• Deliver personalized assistance to students throughout the process.
• Handle a high volume of email and phone communications, ensuring responses within one working day.
• Schedule timely follow-ups with prospective students and evaluate their commitment levels.
• Implement strategies to keep students informed about CIEE programs during the inquiry and application phases.
• Coordinate and facilitate information sessions, webinars, tabling events, and classroom presentations.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of CIEE Student Ambassadors on campus.
• Direct the outreach strategies and activities of Student Ambassadors in collaboration with the Manager of Institutional Relations.
• Partner with Institutional Relations Managers to align with the objectives of partner institutions and provide valuable insights from the ground level.
• Meet personal and team goals, both qualitative and quantitative, including the number of completed applications and conversion rates.
• Record call details and input data into Salesforce CRM.
• Engage in regular training regarding CIEE program offerings, policies, and tools.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or an international equivalent.
• Have experience in student advising, customer service, higher education, or a sales-focused role.
• Previous study abroad experience is highly preferred.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable with presenting to groups and providing one-on-one assistance.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Possess professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a service-oriented approach.
• Show a high level of organizational skills and excellent time management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capable of working independently and remotely while being part of a team.
• Display initiative and a willingness to accept feedback and direction.
• Proficient in everyday computer usage, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Open to utilizing technology to enhance performance.
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced work environment.

• Must be currently residing in Iowa.
