This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as an admissions specialist, providing guidance to students on suitable CIEE programs tailored to their academic interests, goals, and eligibility.
• Deliver practical support as students initiate, finalize, and submit their CIEE applications.
• Provide personalized assistance to students.
• Handle a high volume of email and phone communications, ensuring responses are sent within one business day.
• Arrange follow-up interactions with prospective students, evaluate their commitment, and keep them informed about CIEE programs throughout the inquiry and application phases.
• Plan and conduct information sessions, webinars, events, and presentations.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of CIEE Student Ambassadors on campus.
• Direct Student Ambassador outreach strategies and initiatives in collaboration with the Manager of Institutional Relations.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Institutional Relations to align with partner institution objectives and offer insights.
• Reach both qualitative and quantitative individual and team goals, including completed applications and conversion rates.
• Record call details and input data into the Salesforce CRM system.
• Engage in regular training regarding CIEE programs, policies, and tools.
• Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or a customer service-oriented field is essential.
• Background in student advising, customer service, higher education, or a sales position is preferred.
• Study abroad experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable delivering presentations to groups as well as engaging in one-on-one interactions.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional skills in both written and oral communication.
• A service-oriented perspective.
• High organizational aptitude and exceptional time management skills.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while being part of a team.
• Initiative and readiness to receive feedback and direction.
• Proficiency in everyday computer use, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to leverage technology to enhance performance.

• Valid US driver's license.
