This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Act as an admissions specialist and guide students in selecting suitable CIEE study abroad programs that align with their academic interests, objectives, and eligibility criteria.
• Provide comprehensive assistance throughout the CIEE application process.
• Deliver personalized support to students.
• Handle a high volume of email and phone inquiries, ensuring responses are made within one business day.
• Arrange follow-up communications with prospective students and implement strategies during the inquiry and application phases.
• Organize and facilitate information sessions, webinars, tabling events, and classroom presentations.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and oversight of CIEE Student Ambassadors on campus.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Institutional Relations to guide Student Ambassador outreach initiatives.
• Partner with Institutional Relations Managers to align with partner institution objectives and provide valuable on-the-ground insights.
• Meet personal and team goals for completed applications and conversion rates.
• Record call details and input data into the Salesforce CRM.
• Engage in regular training sessions on CIEE programs, policies, and tools.
• A bachelor's degree or its international equivalent.
• Background in student advising, customer service, higher education, or a sales-related field.
• Previous study abroad experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable with group presentations as well as one-on-one interactions.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• A service-oriented approach to work.
• High organizational skills and exceptional time management abilities.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while being part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to accept feedback and guidance.
• Proficiency in everyday computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Openness to utilizing technology to enhance performance.

• Candidates must currently reside in Iowa.
