Admissions Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a substantial pipeline of incoming leads generated from campus and university partnerships, guiding them from the initial inquiry to enrollment.

• Act as the main point of contact for prospective students, offering insights on programs, tuition, funding options, and admissions criteria.

• Conduct personalized admissions consultations to evaluate student objectives, preparedness, and suitability for programs.

• Set realistic expectations for success in fast-paced, certification-oriented programs.

• Keep precise CRM records of student interactions and enrollment activities, ensuring regular outreach and follow-up.

• Represent ACI Tech Academy with integrity in all interactions with students and partners.

• Participate in occasional evening or weekend events to support engagement with prospective students.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or a similar consultative position.

• Strong work ethic, high energy levels, and self-motivation are essential.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with consistent outreach expectations.

• Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline that can withstand high volumes of activity.

• Excellent professional communication skills and a sense of personal accountability.

• Availability for occasional evening or weekend events.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Previous experience advising or enrolling self-pay or consumer-financed students is preferred.

• Familiarity with VA Education Benefits is preferred.

• Experience in higher education, admissions, or academic partnership settings is preferred.
